Founding Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview
Founding Memberships are a limited-time, pre-opening offer available prior to All's Well Waterspa's opening (estimated summer 2026). Memberships are available in four tiers:

• Essential: $120/month (4 spa passes per month)

• Ritual: $200/month (8 spa passes per month)

• Ritual + Massage: $275/month (8 spa passes per month + 1 massage per month)

• Unlimited: $349/month (unlimited personal spa access)

Each tier includes specific benefits as outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Presale Pass Overview
Presale passes are a limited-time, pre-opening offer that grant access to All's Well Waterspa and sometimes additional benefits as outlined at the time of purchase. Presale passes and benefits are redeemable once All's Well Waterspa opens to the public (estimated summer 2026). Presale passes are sold as one-time, up-front, non-refundable purchases.

3. Payment & Activation
Memberships are sold as monthly recurring memberships requiring a non-refundable 1-month deposit. Memberships will activate on the date of business opening. There are no adjustments or extensions to the activation or end date. If All's Well Waterspa does not open by December 31, 2027, your deposit will be refunded in full.

4. Refunds, Transfers, and Renewals
All membership and presale pass sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual. Spa passes issued as part of monthly memberships are shareable and may be used by guests. Unlimited membership access is personal and non-transferable. Memberships renew automatically on the first of each month, beginning on opening day.

5. Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled by contacting All's Well Waterspa at info@allswellwaterspa.com or by phone. Cancellations require 30 days' notice to take effect.

6. Massage Redemption (Ritual + Massage Tier)
One massage is included per month for the primary member and does not carry over to subsequent months if unused. Massages must be booked in advance and are subject to therapist availability. Massage benefits are non-transferable and non-shareable.

7. Discounts & Exclusions
Membership discounts apply to qualifying purchases made after your membership activates. Essential, Ritual, and Ritual + Massage members receive 15% off additional spa passes. Unlimited members receive 25% off additional spa passes. Discounts do not apply to:

• Membership purchases

• Gift card purchases

• Other offers as specified by All's Well Waterspa

8. Conduct & Use of Facilities
All members and guests are expected to uphold the spirit of the All's Well community: respectful, kind, and joy-centered. Members must comply with all facility rules, safety protocols, and staff instructions. All's Well reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges for behavior that endangers guests, staff, or the facility, without refund, regardless of the level of membership purchased.

9. Facility Availability & Modifications
All's Well Waterspa reserves the right to modify operating hours, amenities, or offerings as needed for maintenance, events, or health and safety regulations. All's Well may substitute or discontinue specific benefits if required. Equivalent value will be provided when possible.

10. Liability & Waiver
Use of All's Well Waterspa facilities is subject to the general liability waiver and safety agreement signed upon first visit. Membership purchase does not supersede those agreements.

11. Amendments
All's Well Waterspa may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and will apply to all memberships going forward.
