All's Well Waterspa — Membership Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
1. Membership Overview
All's Well Waterspa offers several membership tiers, each providing a set number of spa passes per month along with associated benefits as described in your membership agreement at the time of purchase. These Terms and Conditions apply to all membership tiers unless otherwise specified.
2. Billing and Renewal
Your membership begins on the date of purchase. Your first billing period runs from your purchase date through the end of that calendar month. Beginning the following month, your membership renews automatically on the first of each month and your payment method on file will be charged at your applicable membership rate on that date.
If a renewal payment fails, your membership and associated passes will be paused until payment is successfully processed. All's Well reserves the right to cancel memberships with repeated failed payments after reasonable notice to the member.
3. Spa Passes
Your membership includes a set number of spa passes per calendar month as specified in your membership tier. Passes are available for use beginning on the first of each month and expire at the end of that calendar month. Unused passes do not roll over to the following month and have no cash value.
Each spa pass grants one two-hour session with full access to all general amenities during that session, subject to availability and All's Well's standard operating policies.
4. Additional Benefits
Certain membership tiers include additional benefits such as priority booking access, monthly massage or treatment credits, or other perks as described at the time of enrollment. These benefits are specific to your membership tier and are detailed in your membership agreement. Benefits are non-transferable except where explicitly stated and have no cash value unless otherwise specified.
Treatment credits included with applicable membership tiers must be used within the calendar month in which they are issued and do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.
5. Priority Booking
Members with priority booking access may book sessions in advance of general public availability during designated booking windows. Priority booking windows are subject to change and will be communicated via your member account and email.
6. Pass Sharing
Passes are fully shareable. As a member you may book sessions on behalf of guests through your online account, over the phone, or in person. To share a pass digitally, select a date and time for an available waterspa session and enter the name of your guest when prompted. Then you may apply your monthly membership credits to guest bookings at checkout.
Members do not need to be present when guests visit. However, members are fully responsible for ensuring their guests are aware of and comply with all All's Well policies, including signing the mandatory waiver and abiding by the guest code of conduct. Any guest behavior that violates All's Well's policies is the responsibility of the member who booked the session.
7. Membership Pause
You may pause your membership for up to two months per calendar year for any reason. During a pause period you will not be billed and no passes or benefits will be issued. To request a pause, contact us by email or phone at least 7 days before your next renewal date. Pause periods must be taken in whole calendar months and cannot be applied retroactively.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at hello@allswellwaterspa.com, calling us during business hours, visiting us in person, or through your online member account. Cancellations take effect 30 days after your cancellation request is received. You will retain access to your membership benefits and any unused passes through the end of your final billing period.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute 325G.24, you have the right to cancel this membership at any time without penalty. No termination fees will be charged. All's Well may not waive or limit this right.
You also have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty within three business days of the date you signed up. If you cancel within this window, any payments made will be refunded within ten business days.
9. Modifications to Membership Terms
All's Well reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or these terms with 30 days written notice to the email address on file. Your continued use of the membership after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to modified terms, you may cancel your membership prior to the effective date without penalty.
10. Guest Policies and Member Responsibility
All members and their guests are subject to All's Well's guest code of conduct, facility policies, and any applicable health and safety guidelines. All's Well reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund in the event of a serious or repeated violation of these policies by the member or their guests.
11. Non-Transferability
Membership accounts are non-transferable. The account holder may not transfer, sell, or assign their membership to another person. Pass sharing as described in Section 6 does not constitute a transfer of membership.
12. Facility Access and Availability
All's Well reserves the right to limit capacity, modify operating hours, close the facility for maintenance or private events, or temporarily suspend access due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of an extended closure of more than seven consecutive days, affected members will receive a prorated credit applied to their next billing period.
13. Health and Safety
Members and guests acknowledge that use of sauna, cold plunge, pool, and other thermal facilities carries inherent risk. Members are responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider before use if they have any medical conditions that may be affected by heat, cold, or physical exertion. All's Well is not liable for injury or illness resulting from failure to follow posted facility guidelines or staff instructions.
14. Limitation of Liability
All's Well's liability to any member is limited to the monthly membership fee paid for the current billing period. All's Well is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership use or termination.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from this membership agreement will be resolved in accordance with Minnesota law.
